A core task of the Statistics and Economics Department is the comprehensive collection and analysis of European and German market data.

The Department of Statistics and Economics is the point of contact for all matters relating to statistics, studies, forecasts and analyses. Essential statistics on the sales situation in Germany and Europe are published for its members.
The Statistics Division is thus in close contact with caravanning associations, statistical offices, federal authorities and research institutes worldwide.
In addition, the department is responsible for the preparation of comprehensive analyses and the external presentation in the form of presentations on the subject of caravanning and its key figures.

The comprehensive overview provides detailed information on new caravanning registrations, inventory, production, export and import and also highlights the development of caravanning fairs in Germany and Europe. The subscription of the publication presupposes the CIVD membership.
