CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF

More than 250,000 people from 69 countries streamed through the halls of Messe Düsseldorf during the ten-day trade fair to find out about the latest innovations in the caravanning and camping sector. With a record number of 778 exhibitors from 35 countries, the entire spectrum of the industry was represented and presented products from a wide range of segments. In addition to motorhomes, caravans and campervans, vehicle technology, components and add-on parts, tents, mobile homes, caravanning and camping accessories and equipment, outdoor clothing and equipment were exhibited in 16 halls. In addition, tourism destinations as well as nature regions, campsites and pitches presented themselves.

Bernd Löher, President of the Caravanning Industry Association (CIVD), was extremely satisfied with the course of the trade fair: “The largest CARAVAN SALON of all time more than fulfilled the high expectations. With over a quarter of a million visitors, the exhibition halls and the open-air grounds were very well filled, and the mood among the trade fair visitors was consistently positive. The good visitor result impressively underlines the unbroken enthusiasm for mobile vacations.”
